Mass Modeling

Mass Modeling of the BIM Centre for more accurate analysis of the site and climate conditions

Vasari

Using Autodesk Vasari, the surrounding climate of the Mass Model was analyzed. These factors include:

Autodesk Climate Server allows analysis of wind direction and velocities at specific times of the year and day. The wind direction is predominantly NNE-NE and SSW, allowing natural ventilation.

Solar Analysis shows the position of sun and its shadows throughout the day and year. Sustainable designs were done according to sun path and peak solar radiation analyses.

SWOT Analysis

SWOT Analysis was used to evaluate the Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats involved.
