Ye Xiang who is also known as Nigel is a PFM Year 4 undergraduate who is innovative and knowledgeable about building designs. He has a vast knowledge in using Autodesk Revit and hence is selected as the Architect in this BIM team.
Baohui is a graduate of Ngee Ann Polytechnic in 2010, Facilities Mangement for Business and currently a Year 3 undergraduate student in PFM. She was chosen to be the BIM Manager due to her vast knowledge in the entire BIM process and has experience in leading various projects in other modules.

Wei Wey is a Year 4 PFM undergraduate and a strong believer of the benefits BIM brings to the construction industry. Equipped with her interest and knowledge on BIM collaboration processes, she is able to help coordinate the designs and the team members.
Wei Min graduated from Singapore Polytechnic with a diploma in Property Development and Facility Management and is currently a Year 4 undergraduate. He is an expert in using Autodesk Revit, and hence selected to be the structural modeller in the BIM team. He is also well-versed in measurement and cost estimation.

- Tan Fenni
Yu Qing graduated from Nanyang Polytechnic and is a Year 3 undergraduate in PFM course. Under her father's influence, a PM in an Electrical Engineer company, she has develop a great interest in MEP systems. She is well-versed in Autodesk Revit and hence, she is selected to be the MEP modeller in the BIM team.
Fenni graduated from Singapore Polytechnic and is a current a Year 3 undergraduate. She is interested in coordination management and hence selected to be the model checker in the BIM team. In addition, she is responsible in ensuring that the models systems comply with the code of practices in Singapore.

- Dorothy Kwan
Jing Er is a Year 4 undergraduate in PFM course. She is precised, accurate and careful when doing her work. She has the required knowledge in using the software Exactak Costx. She has a great interest in Quantity Surveying, and hence selected to do cost estimating.
Dorothy is a Year 3 undergraduate pursuing a degree in the PFM course. She graduated from Temasek Polytechnic, with a Diploma in Intergrated Facilities Design and Management in the Year 2010. She is well-euipped with various software, hence is appointed as the Energy and Safety Analyst for the team.
Scheduller
- Michelle Yeo
Micheller is a Year 4 undergraduate in the PFM course. Prior to the studies in NUS, she was a student in Nanyang Polytechnic, najoring in Business Management. She is well-versed in using Microsoft Project and Autodesk Naviswork hence selected as the team's Scheduler.
