The following pictures set out the foundation for the design model for the BIM Centre.

The followings pictures depict the concept design of the BIM Centre which are rendered through the Autodesk Revit Software which are further developed into the Final Design Model of this BIM Centre.

Conceptual design (without furniture)

The area is divided into East Wing, Central and West Wing. The West wing is where most BIM staff will be situated. 

Meeting rooms could be converted to a conference room, by opening up the foldable door within the meeting rooms. 

The central space will include the entrance of the BIM Centre, lobby and a reception area The lobby is an open space ventilated by the orientation of the building.

The long wing consists of BIM studios 1, 2 and the BIM lab. The BIM lab is a room that provides an opportunity for users to produce building information models or a virtual representation of a building throughout its life.
