The BIM Centre is Singapore's first institution built solely for the purpose of promoting Building & Information Modeling (BIM) adoption. It allows the development of research and usage of BIM in the construction industry. Domestic and international key players in the Architecture, Engineering and Construction (AEC) industry are welcomed to hold meetings, seminars and conferences in this aesthetically built environment.

The Office of Estate and Development of the Higher Learning Institution is a high-profile organization. In the past five years, the organization has contributed to substantial and intense capacity building activities in tertiary campuses nation-wide. Some examples include the new University Town and the Biomedical Complex in NUS. As they embark on their next project, Baygone Consultant Pte. Ltd is honored to receive an invitation to tender for the creation of the BIM Centre.
